CANCELLATION POLICY

A 24 hour notice is required for appointments changes or cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. If you did not pay an initial deposit and you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be on deposit only booking. If you have paid your service in full and cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment, please note you will receive back 70% of paid in full service refunded through the same method of paying. NO CALL / NO SHOW No Call / No Show clients will not be allowed to book any appointments in the future and deposit will be lost. SECURITY DEPOSIT A Security Deposit is required for all appointments, which will go towards overall costs of services. Deposits are Non-Refundable/ Non-Transferable. If you need to cancel your appointment it is recommended you to reschedule it first, before the 24 hours notice. Only cancel if you are comfortable paying a double deposit, or loosing your deposit. REFUND POLICY Please notice I do not offer full refund. For partial refund a lash removal should be done and situation be evaluate. Deposit are not refundable. RUNNING LATE A 15 minute period is allowed. If your are over 15 minutes late, please note your appointment may be cut or canceled and you will be asked to reschedule with a new deposit. RESCHEDULING Clients are allowed to reschedule appointments before the 24 hours of the appointment scheduled. Clients are permitted to reschedule one appointment for 2 times. After 2 times your appointment will graciously be canceled, and you will have to reschedule with a new deposit. APPOINTMENT DAY Please arrive 15 min prior to your appointment to fill out your Intake Form. Come with clean lashes, remember you won’t be able to get your lashes wet for 24 hours after getting your lashes done. FOREIGN LASH REFILLS If your initial lash set was not applied from Pretty Lash Studio by Fran Roesner, we will need to remove your extensions and apply a new and fresh set. We do not do fills on foreign set. If need to do a removal, please let me know prior your appointment. LASH REFILLS REQUIREMENTS Refills should be done every 2-3 weeks, depending on the growth of your natural lashes and home care. You should have at least 50% of the extensions on, anything less than that will be considered a full set. OUR SAFETY Please do not book if you have a stye, pink eye, lice or feeling sick. If you already have your appointment booked and feel sick, please let me know and we will reschedule your appointment further. If you come to your appointment sick or show symptoms, I will have to send you home. SERVICES FOR UNDERAGE (17-) Please note that we do provide service for under 18 years old, but the paperwork should be signed by the guardian. If not, service will not be provide. SQUEEZE IN’S Involves requesting a data/time that is out of my regular working hours/days. Contact me by phone, email or DM. It will be an extra charge of $25 because I will accommodating you around my schedule. CLIENT PROTECTION Your time is valued, and it is fair to honor the same policy I hold my clients too. If I have to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances with less than 24 hours notice I will honor 50% OFF on your next identical service.
